In the daily practice we often have to deal with young teachers who take the first steps in their professional career.
We can see that the greatest difficulties of the young teacher are connected not to lack of subject knowledge, but with absence of skills of application of effective pedagogical technologies.
To help teachers to overcome these problems and greatly to increase efficiency of their lessons we conduct special workshops on using the information technologies in teaching physics. Young teachers get acquainted not only with software of general purpose and computer programs for the knowledge acquisition, but also the computer tool packages useful for the students training.
There are computer programs modelling physical processes, electronic multimedia textbooks, means for testing and self-testing etc.
We are ready to present some of these programs and papers of "how to work with this programs on physics lessons" created by the skilled teachers.
We believe such an exchange of experience will be beneficial for all of us.
