A collection of prototype demonstration experiments will be exhibited and commented. Most of them are the residual products of a three years field experience in a teacher training course organized by SIS Piemonte. The aim of the course, titled Officina di Esperimenti Dimostrativi, is to induce the participants to produce physics demonstrations out of daily life instruments. Although the general frame is the physics by doing approach, a little thinking about physics education is allowed.
